Yes, they will fit, for the seats you might need to install them on the seatbases of the Caddy. Plugs also might not be 100% the same (especially the Airbag plug)
Steering wheel and module might require coding and will require basic settings for the steering angle sensor.
Instrument cluster will require adapting of the Imobilizer to your vehicle and keys.
