Does anybody know of a cheap dynamat alternative?
Thanks

I used flashband for the entire of my van. I don't have any way to compare this to dynamat but it definitely made the vehicle sound less echoey.
Take a look at my build thread; viewtopic.php?f=13&t=34507
I used silent coat.. not sure what price difference it has to dynamat but it was around £80 for 40 sheets to do the rear with the exception of the floor
Savage. Tidy work. Always thought the caddy would make a perfect litle camper for biking trips. Pressure washer is a great addition, along with the rubber floor. Fair play
Sorry to be digging up an old thread but your van has been a class template for my own mtb Caddy camper so cheers for that!
Where exactly did you end up mounting the diesel heater and any tips for locating the intake or exhaust lines? Thinking about adding a heater myself.
Cheers!!
My heater is behind the drivers seat on it’s Side in the rear footwell with the intake and exhaust going out back of the footwell and pointing out the right hand side of the van
Awesome van there. Stealthy from the outside, baller inside. Was looking at getting a caddy but wasn't sure if a normal size one would be big enough for bike and bed. But we'll done
