OK so i'm starting to get a little confused
i understandt the 1.6 comes in 75ps and 102 ps versions but now i am seeing 1.6 listed as 140 (138ps) and i though these were 2.0L only am i correct, i want a 140 if i can but not sure if a 140 1.6 will last long enough confused.com

Do the 2.0 tdi's have problems with the oil pumps like other vw/Audi's, or is the caddy engine different?

Bkd is from a golf it's 16 valve and has chain driven oil pump so no valence shaft set up to fail
I've seen some 8 valve pd engines with a balance shaft set up but only ever seen one fail
Not sure about the 1600 cc common rail set up as I think the valence shafts are gear driven
