Ahhh so it's the same material
I'm using my phone so it's a little hard at 6am to see the actual material with half opened eyes

I saw your van on one of the FB groups.
This is going to look superb once done.
Will you be using this as a show van or a daily?
Do you plan on using PPF to protect that nice fresh paint or as you are in the trade will repaint any panels as and when required?
The tailgate mod is a nice add on to these vans

Thanks. It’s just a daily, classic car shows are more my thing. I’ve gone a bit ott with it though, I get carried away on my own projects lol. I won’t ppf this, also it’s not advisable to put ppf on paint less than 6 months old. Tailgates look so much better imo, especially thr mk4 ones

Been seeing some of your progress on one of the facebook groups as well- its really looking the goods between the colour and the cosmetic upgrades you are putting in, inside and out.

Looks even better now all put back together with the panel gaps all sorted.
I see what you mean regarding the front tints.
Personally not a fan of tinted headlights, look abit lost with the grill.
If funds can stretch have you looked into the factory oem xenons?
These to me look superb, especially with the chrome trim part on the top grill matching the led drl part of the light.
Will say, these headlights are now not available to buy through autodoc, usual parts places LLL etc.
Hella no longer supplying them to these outlets, so if you go thus route will have to get them from vw or TPS if you have an account.
Going this route myself and VW's mark up on these headlights, frankly take the p@#£
Edit, sorry reread your post and see you already have xenons mate, apologies

No probs, the headlight upgrade is well worth it if you can get a set second hand
