Do I have a dpf filter?

Hi,
I bought my Caddy on Sunday but have been laid up with flu ever since. So I turned my fevered mind to the Internet and found dpf paranoia.
Can anybody help me decide if I have a dpf and is it that bad if I do. It will be used for short trips with one or two good runs a week.
The evidence is.
2010 1.9tdi BLS engine.
The web suggests both dpf and non dpf were sold that year.
If I compare the the co2 emissions on my online dvla car tax form matches that of the dpf model. (really hoping this is a administrive error).
However,
No dpf light comes on when I turn the ignition on. Not even a short flash as some have said it would.
I have used the option list in the service manual and the relevent code appears to be,
'0GG - Emission standard EU4'
There is no sign of the code '7GG- Emission standard EU4 DPF Filter'.
Which suggests no dpf.
I think there's a thread on here but I don't have access. But will have soon.
Thanks for advice.
