I Wanted a mk3 facelift but the van the used market is I ended up buying a well used pre facelift with 248,000 miles which was well used but a blank canvas for me to build on making it the van I wanted in my mind slowing turning it around

Mk7 golf r front calipers
Soon to be fitted rear S3 rear brake setup
18" Audi BBS CH24 Powder coated in silver with semi gloss flex
Mk1 touran bumper
Mk1 touran 4 pod headlights with VW logo in front of the dip beam bulb
Body coloured rear bumper
Touran heated seats need wiring up
Touran lower dash and trim panels in the darker grey

Nice build, pretty sure it’s straight forward swap , SRS done mine. , as my bls blew up , an couldn’t find anyone in Norfolk to do the conversion for me, think the manifold had to be modified.
Did you do the callipers yourself are they easy enough to do ? My breaks seem to be terrible.

Does the 6spd box make a big difference vs 5spd? Is it a new clutch etc also?

Could you posssibly give me as much info for the pd130 conversion? I have the dreaded slow 2.0cdi and wanting to upgrade to the touran pd130 engine with 6 speed gearbox and need as much info as possible. Thanks in advance.
