ideas for stage 2 of my tune pd130

Hi All,
got an 06 caddy with pd130 conversion and been having a mare with my stage 1 + tune after doing the FMIC, airbox etc the dmf fell apart so ended up with fitting an smf with a stage 2 clutch as it kept destroying itself.

now that this is all good im now starting to toy with idea of a taking my tune a step further with fitting lightweight conrods and cam but after all the issues with my clutch falling to pieces im a bit nervous about doing both without getting a stage 3 clutch plate. i think I will buy the rods anyhow as next time the heads off I will swap them out.

but any recommendations and do you think i will be ok with swapping the cam or shall until i'm ready to swap the clutch plate.
Also i'm struggling to find anyone who is willing to do a remap of the van near me. i'm based in shepperton so any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
